However, If you do happen to receive an item which is faulty, or if you inadvertently receive an item that was not ordered, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order and we will sort it for you!
Please either log into your account (easiest way to track your return) or you can email us at email@example.com quoting your invoice number, problem and contact number so that we can assist you and provide you with a return authorisation.
Items returned need to be in their original saleable condition, with the boxes unopened and all contents intact. They are to be received by MU within 14 days of the return approval being arranged and the amount for credit will go back to the original method of payment.
