We want you to be happy with your purchases from us (and tell your friends!) However, If you do happen to receive an item which is faulty, or if you inadvertently receive an item that was not ordered, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order and we will sort it for you!
Please note that fragrance is open to personal interpretation. Whilst all attempts have been made to describe the fragrances as accurately as possible it is highly subective so please choose carefully as no refunds will be offered unless the item is faulty.
Please either log into your account (easiest way to track your return) or you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your invoice number, problem and contact number so that we can assist you and provide you with a return authorisation. Items returned need to be in their original saleable condition, with the boxes unopened and all contents intact. They are to be received by MU within 14 days of the return approval being arranged and the amount for credit will go back to the original method of payment.

Orders over $55.00 - free standard shipping
Express post - $12.00 miniumum, then calculated on a per kg rate.
Shipping costs - New Zealand
International Standard with signature calculated on a per kg rate based on shipping zone and weight.
We use best efforts to dispatch orders within 24 Hours. Tracking of your order is available via your customer login page. All shipments are trackable and are subject to Australia Post Estimated Delivery timeframes. Please note that some items such as perfume are unable to be shipped internationally.
