What payment options do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, PayPal Express, Afterpay and Zippay.
Do you include an invoice with the order?
Your order confirmation and tax invoice will be emailed to you once your order has been placed. All parcels include a packing slip for reference upon delivery.
Can I add to or change my order?
Yes, if your online order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to update your order or add additional products before dispatch. Please contact us as soon as possible via email or call (07) 5453 4608 Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 4:00pm AEST.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, all orders are shipped with tracking via Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
SHIPPING
What packaging do you use?
We make every effort to minimise the environmental impact of our packaging. The protective void fill used in our orders is made from 100% corn starch and dissolves naturally in water. Our boxes are recyclable and non-laminated, and our shipping mailers are plant-based, home compostable, and made from renewable corn starch.
Do you offer free shipping within Australia?
We offer free standard shipping within Australia on orders over $75. Express shipping via Australia Post is also available at checkout, with rates calculated based on parcel weight and delivery postcode.
What countries do we ship to?
We currently ship to New Zealand, Canada, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Singapore, United Kingdom and Norfolk Island.
Please note, international shipping is not available on all items due to shipping restrictions. Where applicable, this will be indicated on the product page prior to adding the item to your cart. Shipping rates for eligible international orders are calculated at checkout based on destination country and parcel weight.
What about if my item is a gift?
Sending a gift? We're happy to help make it extra special. As invoices and order confirmations are emailed directly to the purchaser, no pricing information is included in the parcel. We also offer complimentary gift wrapping. Simply leave a note in the delivery instructions at checkout and our team will beautifully wrap your order for you.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packing all orders securely, however occasional transit damage can occur. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item/s and packaging and our team will be happy to assist.

How do I store my fragrance?
To maintain the integrity and ensure the longevity of your fragrance, we recommend storing your bottle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Humid environments, including bathrooms, can impact the fragrance over time due to moisture and temperature fluctuations can impact the fragrance over time due to moisture and temperature fluctuations. Why is my fragrance a different colour from last time?
Some of our fragrances are made in small batches and contain natural fragrance oil so sometimes there may be variations in the colour of the fragrance.
