What payment options do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, PayPal Express, Afterpay and Zippay.
Do you include an invoice with the order?
Invoices are sent via email when the order is confirmed. A packing slip will be included when the product is mailed out.
Can I add to or change my order?
Yes! If your order has not yet shipped it’s possible to amend. Please contact us at info@muaustralia.com or call (07) 5453 4608 Monday – Friday from 8:30am to 4pm and we’ll happily assist.
SHIPPING
What packaging do you use?
We make every effort to ensure our packaging has the lowest environmental impact possible. The void fill (aka: “packing peanuts") used in our orders is made from 100% corn starch and break down when placed in water. Our boxes are non-laminated and recyclable, and our shipping mailers are also made from corn starch and are all home compostable.
Shipping costs
We offer free standard australia shipping over $55 for orders within Australia. We also offer an Australia Post Express option which is calculated by weight and postcode when you select this option. International shipping is not available on all items and this will be indicated at the product page when you try to add the item to the cart. International shipping on all other items is calculated on a country and weight basis.
What about if my item is a gift?
We love helping to make your gift extra special, so we don’t include invoice information in the parcel and we also offer gift wrapping. Just comment in the delivery section on the order if you would like us to wrap for you.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We pride ourselves on packing our orders extremely well. However sometimes accidents happen so please contact us and we will be more than happy to help.
FRAGRANCE
How do I store my fragrance?
To maintain the integrity and ensure the longevity of your fragrances, store your bottle in a cool, dark place away from direct light. Avoid storing your fragrance in a humid environment (yes, this includes the bathroom) as humidity and temperature fluctuations can also affect your fragrance. Why is my fragrance a different colour from last time?
Some of our fragrances are made in small batches and contain natural fragrance oil so sometimes there may be variations in the colour of the fragrance.

Do we have to apply for a wholesale account?
We welcome all enquiries but we need to ascertain your location and brands of interest before we proceed so we can ensure our collections are exclusive to our customers.
