If you’re anything like us, it doesn’t take much to want to celebrate something. Full moon? Let’s have a party! Summer’s here? Break out the champers! Which is why we can fully get behind any Halloween event. Despite being thought of as primarily an American celebration, it actually has Celtic origins, borrowing inspiration from a pagan religious festival (called Samhain) where people would come together to celebrate the end of harvest season and mark the beginning of the darker months (sometimes referred to as their new year).
